Next shoot at Strathyre is on the 27th March. Membership fees are now due for the coming year. Orders are also being taken from members for Cartridges, grab your chance at reduced price cartridges, available to members only.
Killin will again be holding a DTL Shoot at Bulmuick Farm. This is an open event and will be held on Sunday 18th April.
Welcome to the web site of Strathyre gun club. We are situated just outside the small town of Comrie in West Perthshire. The club has been in existence for about 80 years, but has been located at the present site for about 20 years. Strathyre currently runs 4 DTL layouts using Parker traps. We however occasionally swap these for “white fliers“ to allow the presentation of Double rise targets. For entertainment there are also 2 pool traps and we have the ability to present an ABT type target , compaq , and some sporting targets. We pride ourselves on being one of the most friendly clay pigeon clubs in Scotland. Prices for the 2010 shoots are shown below, and the shoot dates can be found under the fixtures link. New members and beginners are welcome at club shoots. Why not come and give us a try, after all the tea and coffee is still free in the clubhouse!
